- Pluto by Naoki Ursawa: I read this after reading the writeup of Ursawa's work by Faith Erin Hicks and was blown away by it. I'm not usually a sci-fi (or manga for that matter) kind of person but with its great characterization, amazing plot and wonderful art, this blew me away.

The Best Comix I've Read This Year (so far..)
To start off this blog, I thought I would start with a list of the best comix I've read this year so far (in no particular order). I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot but this is at least a beginning. One comic will be added per day
